Quality. Integrity. Built the right way, with name-brand materials and manufacturer-spec installation.
Utah is hard on roofs. We build for it.
Freeze-thaw winters work water into every seam. Canyon winds lift shingle tabs and peel back flashing. Summer thunderstorms drop hail one week and 100-degree UV the next, and heavy snow feeds the ice dams that quietly rot decking at the eaves. A roof that would last 30 years somewhere mild can fail here in 15 — especially if it was installed with shortcuts.
That’s why our installs are spec’d for this climate: ice and water barrier at the eaves and valleys, high-wind nailing patterns, new drip edge and flashing rather than reused metal, and ventilation balanced to your attic so heat and moisture escape instead of cooking the shingles from below. It’s the unglamorous detail work that decides whether a roof survives a Utah winter — and it’s the difference between us and the lowest bid.
From first call to final walkthrough
Free inspection
A local inspector walks your roof — about 30 minutes — and photographs everything: wear, damage, flashing, ventilation, decking condition where visible.
Photo report & straight answer
You get the pictures and a plain-English recommendation: repair, replace, or leave it alone — with real numbers for each option when it’s a judgment call.
Choose your system
Pick materials and colors from GAF, Owens Corning, Malarkey, TAMKO, or IKO. If a storm caused the damage, this is where we help with the insurance paperwork.
Build day
Tear-off, deck check, and install — most homes finish in one to two days. Landscaping protected, driveway kept clear, site cleaned nightly.
Walkthrough & warranty
Final inspection with you, magnetic nail sweep of the yard, and your manufacturer warranty registered before we call the job done.
What neighbors say
“My 22-year-old roof was looking rough and I planned to put it off another year. Their inspector was laid back and knowledgeable, got up there, and never once pressured me — just showed me what he found.”
“Efficient crew, careful cleanup, and they handled the insurance documentation from the adjuster meeting to the final paperwork. The whole thing was easier than I expected.”

Roofing questions we hear every week
What happens during the free inspection?
An inspector walks the roof for about 30 minutes, photographs its condition, checks flashing, ventilation, and problem areas, and sends you a photo report with a plain recommendation. There’s no charge and no obligation — the report is yours either way.
Do I need a full replacement, or just a repair?
Often it’s a repair — a handful of wind-lifted shingles, a failed pipe boot, or worn flashing. We price both options when it’s a close call so you can decide with real numbers instead of a sales pitch.
How long does a roof replacement take?
Most single-family homes are torn off and re-roofed in one to two days, weather permitting. Larger or steeper roofs can take longer; we’ll give you a schedule up front.
Do you install tile or slate roofs?
We currently focus on asphalt shingle systems for residential work, plus low-slope systems for commercial buildings. We don’t install tile or slate at this time.
